Pricing
Our pricing is based o the hanging carcass weight and includes all of the custom processing, packaging, and boxing! Pay one cost for the beef and it’ll be ready for your freezer at pickup. Pickup will take place at ASC Locker in West Point, Nebraska. Additional shipping is available for a fee.
A whole carcass will average 1000-1200#. Expect about 55% of the carcass weight to turn into actual retail cuts of beef (loss of bones, extra fat, shrink).

Whole Beef - $5.55 / # (1,100# x $5.55) = $6,105
Half Beef - $5.75 / # (1,100# x $5.75 = $6,325 / 2) = $3,162.5
